Does the lip plumping thing actually work? I just tried it and now my lips feel cold and tingly. Does it make a dramatic change? ---thanks

Well it doesnt make a DRAMATIC change but it looks fairly natural and full. Youre lips probably feel tingly if its youre first time but once you use it again ((dont over exeed it gives blisters on youre lips)) it will feel more comfortable.
