Any foods or remedies?

try the lip gloss called lip venom. i like it a lot but my lips are already full so i cant tell a huge difference but i can still tell. its spiccyyy haha

Try brusing your lips with a dry toothbrush. When they start to tingle, the blood rushes to the surface and and makes them appear slightly red and more plump. (This is the same way as lip plumping lipgloss plumps lips just a hell of a lot cheaper lol). =]
