I know that we (society) has been conditioned to think that the perfect person is someone with a "brad pitt" look, lets just say to make it short... but I was thinking of getting a nose job and the ethics behind it... is it just me who thinks it is a big nose? or do I need a therapist? Do people who get a nose job not like their self image so they have to correct themselves surgically to feel better? I feel almost "shallow" if I go on with the procedure, because there is a point of self acceptance i guess? any thoughts?

i have a big ole italian nose..but i am proud of it.

its all about how you see yourself..like me..i see myself as just fine. of course i'm not a model, and i am far from the perfect image society says a woman needs to be..but i dont really give a rats butt..i am who i am and i love it. dont really care, because it doesnt effect me..
it does effect some people..its up to you to decide how you see yourself.

depends on what you intend to do with your nose.
For example if you want a second penis transplanted there, then i would say that it's unethical since its unfair to your men brethren, because your new tool provides you with significant advantages in certain matters.

I have a big nose that i will get fixed once i've got enough money.
I think its fine to do it if it makes you feel better.

u dont need an ethics to get a nose job but money to do it lol. If u want it and that will make u feel good then go for it... I can even suggest to got to Dr Leonardo S. Abogado in front of V. Luna Hospital.. He is the best
