The best price is not nessisarly the best soultion.Make sure you know the creditials and recomendations of any surgeon you get.

I agree with Thia Q. You should seek a very competent surgeon before deciding whether you are willing to pay the price for the surgery or not. Usually, the most affordable ones have scary results.

I've just had a facelift at the Laderma clinic in Prague, look it up on the net - i'ts got a great reputation and its so much cheaper here than the UK! (2500 Euros here in Prague - £7500 in UK)
Dr Cerna and her team are simply amazing, professional and contactable at all times after your operation!! Very reassuring - that would never happen in UK.
I'm extreemly pleased with my results, just two weeks later and I've hardly any bruising or swelling. Good luck with your search.
