This is due to both the deposition of fat underneath the chin and also to the laxity of a muscle sling that suspends the tissue underneath the chin.Do you think a trip to the Plastic Surgeon is in order for her?

Who cares? I watch the Today Show for the news, not to pay attention to the anchors looks. If you're that concerned, maybe you just shouldn't watch it at all.
