Did Jose Luis Rodriguez get a facelift ?

I can't beleive he's doing anothe "telenovela."He was hot in "El Idolo."But he's just not hot anymore.I saw him in a magazine a couple of years ago and he was more wrinkled than Brigitte Bardot.
