Default My teeth hurt 1 week after Zoom Whitening. Have I damaged my teeth...

...permanently and what herbs can I use ? What herbs can I use to stop my teeth hurting?

I bleached my teeth all the time and now they are very transparent, thinning and sensitive.

I wouldn't recommend doing it, it's very abrasive and is just what happens with the whitening or bleaching process.

Try using a toothpaste with pro-enamel to try and strengthen it and stop it from being so sensitive.

There are also re-mineralizing gels out there which claim to work, I have just bought one and am about to try but whether or not they truly work or not is still a myth to me!

To minimize the acid erosion on your teeth, remember not to brush your teeth within one hour of eating or drinking.
