How many days after a chemical peel do i need to stay out of the sun?

I plan on getting a chemical peel soon. I've looked at the spalon near my house where I get everything done and they have a swedish glycolic peel which is the lightest of peels, but how long after the peel am i suppost to stay out of the sun?? like how many days after the peel do i need to stay out of the sun?
I haven't made an appointment yet Im just trying to get the facts first!
