I have some acne and a lot of scarring and redness on the sides of my face. I have read that a chemical peel can reduce my acne and get rid of the redness and some scarring.
What kind of AT HOME chemical peel should I use? What kind of acid/strength?
Can I use the peel just on the sides of my face, or is it best to do my whole face?

Do not this at home.
Peelings sold for home use are not strong enough (luckily) to get any result that really shows. Nevertheless they might give you burn-scars if you don't watch out. It hurts also pretty much. Get more information. Chemical peeling is but one of the solutions.
