I have been seriously thinking about getting liposuction because i have tried exorcise and diet changes no miracle diets just multivitamins more greens and less grease but nothing ever changes i have changed my eating habits a started eating portion meals and eating smaller portions more often

you still have to exercise and eat right or you will just gain it all back in other places.

I think it is pretty gross because it leaves permanent scars where the vacuum thing has been inserted and they are circular so it is obvious when someone has had lipo. Also, it doesn't guarantee thinness. The fat cells won't grow back from where they were removed, but you could always grow more, so nothing really changes unless diet and exercise change with it.

umm before you go get lipo, go to your doc and have them check your thyroid, which can prevent people from lossing weight.
