i want to do liposuction back in my country but iam still not sure wat should i do?

i wight 175 pounds and AM only 5,3 i just don't feel comfortable wit my body but the problem is that AM only 19 and have no kids people Tell me to wait until i have kids but y i wanna look good now not when AM a house wife. SO AM really stuck ooh by the way the country i want to go to do it is dominican republic and it would only cost 3000 dollars to look the way i want So wat do u think i should do
