chin lipo?

Hello everyone!

I am an 18 year old model. I am thin, but I do not have a very defined jawline. infact if I put my head down I have a bit of a double chin. I am just wondering if this is just the way I am built or if it is something I can get fixed with lipo or any other form of surgery.
