I have a friend that wants to get a double eye lid surgery. She lives in KL, Malaysia. i am from kl too.. my grandfather had eye problem and we saw this doctor name baljit khor ( im sorry i think that is how you spell her name) her clinic is in ampang putri hospital. im not sure about the price though. i hope this help, she is really a lovely person and my entire family has full trust in her
