I have congentially puffy eyes, always have had. I'm constantly asked if I'm tired and the dark crease under my eye adds years to my appearance. Now as I near 40 it is becoming even more pronounced. I would love to get my eyes fixed, but I see so many Bleps gone wrong that I'm afraid to go that route. Are there any alternatives for fatty deposit removals other than a blep?
