Do I need eye lid surgery?

Well, I'm only 13 but I think I need eye lid surgery. (Blepharoplasty)
My left eye is normal, but my right eye has excess skin on the upper eye lid. It makes me look either tired or sad. It also bothers me alot and makes me blink a few times. Makeup is a major problem..on one eye it looks good but on the other, it looks totally different. I was thinking about getting the surgery during the summer (I'll be 14) so I could have time to recover. Now I know I may be wayyyy toooo young but this is something I really want and need. Below are some pictures of my eyes and how different they are. Please leave any comments on what I should do.

I personaly think you have georgous eyes....but...14 is a bit young for cosmetic surgury...talk it over with your parents or gardians, and if its going to affect you emotionaly then get it done,in a respected clinic.
