24 yeras old, frustrated, sunken skin, eye bags

hello,

im really frustrated, i had 2 surgeries in taiwan done, 6 and 2.5 months ago with Laser to remove the eye bags (inside of eye lids).

Problem is, right eye still too much fat tissue underneath.

Second Problem, more important is that the Skin texture is sunken and coarse grained... is there a way to make that skin more smooth with laser? It's underneath the eye bag that got removed...

What can be done about the texture of the skin underneath the old eye bag, which is sunken and coarse grained? Laser Skin resurfacing?

And, how many times is it possible or recommened to remove the Eye bags with laser from the inside of the eye lid?
