hi i was 16 when i had my daughter and obviously i had the same problem, best thing i've found is to do exercises like crunches, or if you have the chance go swimming or ride a bike. i was told that if after i'd obviously been doing these and toned up enough i could get a tummy tuck on the NHS, but only after sufficient evidence of exercise had been produced. meaning my stomach muscles were tight just not my skin. anyway, after doing crunches as much as possible walking the same my ab's are tightening and so is the skin. and ignore your doctor, me and my BF got together 2 months after my daughter was born.
