...questions should I ask the Dr.? I've never had plastic surgery before. In fact, I've never had surgery (period) I've scheduled these consults for a breast augmentation procedure and liposuction. I've called in and asked if the Dr(s). are/is board certified and only made appointment with those who are. I've google-d each of the names and have a brief bio on each of the doctors I'm going to see. I know what I want and what I don't want and I've clearly outlined those in a sheet a plan to go over with the doctor. Are there any questions you can think of that I should probably bring up other than the following which are already on my list:
1. What method of implant insertion will you use? (I've heard that belly-button-entry is the best)
2. What is my expected recovery time?
3. Will there be any scaring? If so, where, how big and for how long will it remain?
4. What are all possible symptoms/side-effects for both procedures?
...I have a few others jotted down somewhere.
