Just be careful. Surgery is dangerous, you could die. You could get an infection. It could turn out worse than it is now. The fat will never grow back in those places, but will spout out in other places. It might not be worth it. I'd spend that money on cute clothes to disguise those areas. Plenty of guys will like you just the way you are.
