Does anyone know of a doctor in Ontario, Canada that is doing pro bono plastic surgery and lipsuction or a program that I could go onto on TV where they do it?

I am 5'2" tall and 270 pounds. I can't get diets to work for me. I have been fat pretty well all of my life.

Why am I worried about it now? My husband of 11 years won't allow me to touch him. He barely looks at me. I must be too ugly for words. I have to do something. Please help!
