Default If a job applicant came to the interview with a bugger in his nose, would

you instantly disqualify him/her? ......if it was a corporate job?
......if it was a non-corporate job?

This case actually happened to my friend at an interview. He only noticed it when he used the restroom afterwards. He did get a 2nd interview though, but not hired.

Your thoughts, if you were the interview person? What if you were male? female?
