my daughter had one, she was 21 and lost her weight too fast so the skin sagged. She fully recovered after about 4 months but her tummy isn't perfect. It bulges out at sides a little, more so on one side and it wasn't the neatest tuck. Yet someone i know who went to america for it is very happy with hers
