well, i don't have fake ones, but have thought about it. the only thing that i can tell you is that once you have them done, years down the road you will have to have another procedure because your body is going to continue to age and the texture of your skin will change and gravity will take its toll, so just keep that in mind, that you will probably have to have a breast lift or go up another size or have them adjusted. as far as having children afterwards, its pretty safe, but i would ask the doctor which is the best procedure because it all depends on where you have the implant placed (behind or on top of muscle) and you have many choices for place of insertion (below breast, nipple, arm pit).
