Usually you should be able to still breastfeed, but you should talk to the surgeon who performed the job, and also your OB/GYN about this. Changes in the breast happen at different times in pregnancy. I'm assuming at some point in time you had "real" breasts. They are still there, under the augmentation. You should be fine.
