Electrolysis is the only proven form of permanent hair removal. It is also the most expensive and time consuming method. Many people will have laser treatments for a while until their hairs start losing it's pigmentation (this happens frequently with laser treatments) and begin electrolysis at this point.That way, they have a good portion of the hair removed from the laser treatments, and the electrolysis will finish off the remaining hairs that the laser can not remove because the hairs are now too light colored from the laser. This cuts down the number of electrolysis treatments a person needs to achieve truly permanent hair removal. Did I make any sense to you with what I just said? I hope so, LOL!
