I'm sorry to hear about all the bad stuff you had to go through I think the bone structure of your nose is fine, so you're right, you don't need to have it broken during the surgery, and I think just changing the nostril shape should be cheaper than a full on rhinoplasty.

I would suggest to go on a consultation with a surgeon, those are free and you will find out exactly how much it would cost for you to get the surgery done. Also many plastic surgery places have an option of taking credit and paying for your surgery over time. Good luck!
