I just had zoom teeth whitening done and I AM HUNGRY.`?

what kinds of things can i eat that definitely wont stain my teeth.
what bout peanut butter sandwhich and banana? is that safe?

also i get these shooting pain sensations --makes me cringe when it strikes. will it get worse or is this bad as it gets? (its been 1 hour since procedure)
