I have small red dots emerging all over my face and soon they will be huge...how do I stop them? PLZ help!!!

They are red because they are inflamed with bacteria. A spot treatment containing benzoyl peroxide (Persagel is an easy-to-find one) will kill the bacteria and you'll see an improvement in several days.

Make sure you wash your face well before putting on the spot treatment. If the problem doesn't disappear you may want to consult with cosmetic surgery clinic. Not for a surgery of course, but you'll get better idea and treatment.

what i know is peroxidic chemicals are proved to be skin sensitive.It is preferd to consult with the doctor before such acts.
I have been quite of this skin specific because my freind did have this red dots, but after using a group of chemicals she had introduced balck spots out of that.
