So, I'm wondering how I should ask my parents about this and also if I should tell my mom that I had bulimia with anorexic tendencies this year (but I don't know if that'd help or if then they'd just think I have body image issues, and while I hate my body I have reasons to, plus saying I had that is mortifying)? Also, I have my own money for it, so it's not like I'd make them pay for something that sounds this lame.

Just be careful. Surgery is dangerous, you could die. You could get an infection. It could turn out worse than it is now. The fat will never grow back in those places, but will spout out in other places. It might not be worth it. I'd spend that money on cute clothes to disguise those areas. Plenty of guys will like you just the way you are.
