Has anyone ever done a tummy tuck immediately after delivering their baby via -c-section. I am planning on having my third and I am assuming it may be another c-section like my first 2 so I wanted to have a tummy tuck right after the procedure.

Any advise. Is it safe? Sounds crazy but doesn't hurt to ask. Please advise

Your doctor should give you the medical perspective on this. I want to ask you this question, after giving birth do you want to do another major medical procedure? I believe you will be in for some serious recovery time. Are you able to do that with three kids, one of them a brand new baby? Is your family (especially husband) willing to help take over some of your mothering responsibilities during your recovery time? Are you okay letting someone else take over your mothering responsibilities while you recover? These questions are meant only to give you something to think about. In no way am I judging you. Talking with your doctor and taking into considerations questions like these should help you make a decision that is best for you, your family, and especially your new baby. Good luck!

I'm probably the wrong person to be answering this but I'll tellyou what I know.
They don't know yet the long term effects of tummy tucks.
Also, any operation has a great deal of risk to it. A girl recently had a tummy tuck and died because blood leaked into her lungs and she drown in it.
If it were me and i was seriously considering it, I would research the effects as much as possible. Plus all the complications. If you're going to ask a doctor about it make sure it's not a doctor who will profit from the operation. Most of those are only concerned about money.
To lose weight you should really only diet and exercise. It has the best effects at any age and you'll look great. A lot of the people who have liposuction and tummy tucks usually look sickly and gross afterward.
